Active Schools Milestone!!

Milestone was reached today for the Active Schools Program!! 1000 students have participated in the program since the beginning of the 2013/14 school year! We hope to continue this great success in the New Year. Thank you to all the great teachers who value the importance of physical fitness that have allowed this program to be successful.

McWilliam - Day 2

For the second day in a row McWilliam was at Windsor Squash and Fitness to take part in our Active Schools Challenge. Today it was the Grade 5/6s. The students were very keen to learn and displayed a hard working attitude. Thank you to Mr.Mortenson​ and Mrs.Connor for bring in their class today.

McWilliam visits Windsor Squash And Fitness Club

The Grade 6/7s from McWilliam came to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club today. The students enjoyed a stability ball, an outdoor circuit training and squash class. The students were excellent and very enthusiastic. Thank you to Mr. Vickers and Mrs. Cruickshanks​ and the great staff at McWilliam for making the trip to Windsor Squash and Fitness.

Another Class From Tecumseh Vista takes the Active Schools Challenge!!

Today Mrs. Scott's brought her grade 7 class from Tecumseh Vista to the Windsor Squash and Fitness Club. The students were extremely enthusiastic and ready to work hard. The students experienced classes in Spinning, Core Training and Squash during their visit. Thank you to Mrs. Scott and the great staff at Tecumseh Vista.  

Mrs.Gagne's Grade 7 Class from Tecumseh Vista

On Monday June 10th, Mrs. Gagne's class from Tecumseh Vista decided to start their week off on the right foot by spending their morning at Windsor Squash and Fitness Club. The students were excellent and very hard workers. Thank You again to Mrs. Gagne and the great staff at Tecumseh Vista.

Ms. Wiley's Grade 7/8s - Sandwich West Public School

On Friday, May 17 Ms. Wiley from Sandwich West Public School brought in her grade 7 and 8s students. This marked the 5th class from Sandwich West Public School to visit us at the Windsor Squash and Fitness Club. The students were excellent. They were eager to work hard and have fun. Talbot Trail - April 26, April 30 and May 7

Talbot Trail Elementary School's grade 7s and 8s came to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club for three different days. Over the three days 134 students participated in three stations of Squash, Spinning and Core Training. Each class was fortunate to have Mr.Mousseau as their instructor for the spin station. Thank you to Mr. Bulat and Mr. Mousseau for bringing in their classes.

Sandwich West Public - Part 2

The Grade 4s at Sandwich West Public School in Mr. Scheuerman's class came to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club on another wet and cold Friday morning. These students were ready for our fitness challenge as some had already played squash before. By the end of the morning all the students had a good sweat developing. Thank you to Mr. Scheuerman for his great support of our program.

Sandwich West Public Invades Windsor Squash and Fitness

WOW!!! There was a rush of excitement that over took Windsor Squash and Fitness Club this morning. This excitement was created by some of the funnest grade 3s and 4s ever to enter Windsor Squash and Fitness Club. They were great kids who worked hard and clearly knew how to have a good time. AV Graham Grade 7s the Final Chapter!!

Today was the last day of Grade 7 students from AV Graham Elementary School. It was another wet and rainy morning. The 28 students from Mrs. Stone's class did not let the weather dampener their excitement. They performed brilliantly in all three physical fitness classes and there may even be some future squash stars in this class. Thank you to Mrs.Stone for bring in her class today.

AV Graham Grade 7s The Sequel

On April 12th the 2nd of 3 grade 7s classes came to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club. It was another cold and rainy spring morning but this did not deter them. They were a great bunch of fun loving students who were ready for our physical fitness challenge. Thank you to Mrs.Fraba for bring in her class.

On April 10th the Grade 7s from A.V. Graham Elementary School came to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club on a cold and raining spring morning. Despite this the grade 7s showed great energy and excitement for physical fitness. Thank you to Mrs.McGregor and the great staff at AV Graham for making the trip.

Hugh Beaton - Grade 7s

The Grade 7s from Hugh Beaton came to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club on Tuesday, April 2/13. Many of these Grade 7 students displayed great athletic ablitiy and enthusiasm. It was a lot of fun. The Grade 8s from Hugh Beaton came to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club on March 27/13. The 26 students pushed themselves through 3 physical demanding fitness classes and survived to tell about it. Thank you to Mrs. Spencer and the Great Staff at Hugh Beaton for making the trip.

The Grade 8s from Tecumseh Vista made the trip to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club. The students enjoyed three stations of physical fitness - Squash, Core Training and Spinning. The grade 6s from Tecumseh Vista made the trip to Windsor Squash and Fitness Club on a very cold morning. Only - 16 degrees celsius!!!! Great effort was shown by all the students.
